In the first half we played well but during the second we were poor, should have got a second goal really.

Agree, second half we let them push us back too much, the first half we were all over them stopping them playing the football they wanted to play but in the second half we let them push us back.

At least we got the win!

The Ref was an arse, that's for sure.

England haven't shown championship winning play yet in my opinion.

Ref was a joke, seems he has little experience at this level.

The formation wasn't right in the second half, the team was stretched too much, and Crouch on his own?

Rooney might have an appearance in the Sweden game or a bit later depending on progress, until then he's being rested to be safe. Although I can see Sven being tempted to put him on if the teams performing like they did in the second half.

England at least got off to a winning start, that's the main thing. However, after Owen went off, the England attack seemed almost non-existent with only Crouch up front.
