Its a 7300 lol, its not exatly what I would called a gamers card.

Your HDD is allready running as SATA2 then.

If your FSB is at 200Mhz, it means that your CPU Multiplyer is x10, 200 x 10 = 2000Mhz, so your core is running as 2.0Ghz

So yea, 200Mhz (This is the number of the FSB) x the Multiplyer of the CPU, which in your case is 10

And AMD Athlon X2 5200+ runs at 2.6Ghz though, so I am guessing FSB is 260, but thats if your Multiplyer actually is 10.
