Hardware Forums - View Single Post - Colour portion gets deleted while printing

Check the print heads, make sure there's nothing obstructing them (plastic seals etc). Im pretty bad at h/w - afraid something will break on opening it.
Does the test page print properly? It does - prints a small (200x200 ?) picture of 2 pears - but all in black-and-white !
