Default PSU and UPS woes.

Hello,

recently I put together a pc that I am going to be using for gaming from older parts and some new ones I bought, like the 9800gtx video card. For that reason I thought it might be a good idea to upgrade my old 550W Tagan PSU with a new 700W one (Tagan as well).

What I've noticed though is that the UPS I am using says that it has an output of 360W. I've used that UPS because in my country (Greece) electricity cuts are common because of thunder storms (especially in this season) and I was worried about hardware malfunctions.

What I would like to ask is that the 360W that the UPS is capable of refers to the output in case of an electricity cut, or is it in general the normal output 24/7 that will effectively gimp my 700W PSU that is connected to it.

Thank you very much.

EDIT: TAGAN TG700-U26 700W I-XEYE II that's the new psu I got.
