Thank you for the responses.

I took away the UPS, I am not going to be using it anymore because of its low output, and I took your advice and opted for a 650W Corsair PSU. Everything seems to be working great now, and the 9800GTX is a beast, although the pc is much noiser now than before lol, can't have it all I guess
