I am running Lenny on some production desktop systems right now, even a few production MX filters that see 15k+ messages per hour. It's been good for me so far. Of course, Lenny's about to be released this summer, so it won't be in testing for that much longer. As for Sid, it's very fluid by nature, so you'll see things like X.org and even Glibc updated pretty regularly. Not for the feint of heart.
