wel with the old mainboard i went up to 3.1ghz... not verry stable
about comp tech specs... well 4xDDR2@667, geforce 7300gt
and i think thats about enough

one more thing.... in the bios i can load these OC profiles does anyone have an ideea where i can get them... or are they just for personal use
