Default Time and Date

Hi Guys, Not sure where this queery should go.
I have to reset my computer date and time each time I turn the computer on, otherwise I have to confirm each site that I look at by accepting a certificate, if you know what I mean.
I have the time synchronised but still no joy..Any suggestions please.
Thanks in advance.
Best Regards roobarb:
