I put forward the following recommendation based on personal experience:

Hiper be removed from recommended..

Last year I purchased an Hiper 350W PSU to match up an old Northwood P4 HT system. The PSU lasted less than a year, it started squeaking and would no longer power up my PC. It was eventually replaced with a decent Seasonic PSU and my PC once again worked... I don't think I need to say anything further..
