I got this off Mr. Food, but it's easy to make and only has 4 ingredients total.

1lb lean ground beef
1/2 cup salsa
1/4 cup bread crumbs
4 slices (4 oz.) pepperjack cheese

Combine ground beef, salsa, and bread crumbs in a big enough bowl. Form into 4 patties (might be better to make more, but whatever works for you--4 are kinda big tho). Grill medium-high heat 3-4 minutes (or however long it takes to get it nice on each side---no pink) per side. Put a slice of cheese on each one and serve on buns.
