My Computer

Default 2 questions about OS X

I got a Mac Mini today with OS X Leopard. It's working nice, but because I've never worked with that OS, I got 2 questions:

1. How do I create and save screenshots? There doesn't seem to be a PrintScreen button on the keyboard.
2. How do I set the keyboard layout to US International, so that I can put accents on letters like the e, a, o and i?

<Shift> + <Apple> + <3> and you probably "paste" into your chosen graphics program & save as normal

That doesn't work unfortunately. Did all steps as describes in the manual, but to no avail.

My Computer

I solved it:

To get letters like á and é, I just press Option+e and then the corresponding letter.
To get the ë, ä, ö and ï, I just press Option+u and then the corresponding letter.

I found that information here.

There won't be much to fix though. In normal operation, everything works fine. But if it should crash, then there is nothing to do about it, except losing your money on a new Mac.
