sorry ot bring an old thread up, but i havent seen 3d mark 2000 anywere, infact this is the first time i have ever heard of it, is there anywere i can download the evaluation verion from?

Willhub, i'm almost certain that 3D Mark 2000 uses DirectX 7 so you would have to un-install DX9 and then install DX7 just to use it!

3Dmark 2000 is rather old, and really isn't meant to stress today's video cards. You won't find it used anywhere since it's not useful. We've removed it from the testbed along time ago. Actually any 3D Mark software has been removed because of some BS FutureMark came up with when the validity of their software was questioned, but that's a whole 'nother story. Since this thread is probably no longer useful, I'm closing it.
