Thread: 4850 Doesn't Turn on

As i said in the title my 4850 is not turning on. I have just built a new computer and i turned it on for the first time and everything seemed good. However nothing came up on the screen so i opened the computer up and realised that the fan on my 4850 was not spinning at all. Im pretty sure its the graphics card but im not 100%. Just thought i'd ask on here

60-70% on the single slot or both, because i've had a single slot card(1650 PRO) and a dual slot card (x850XT) with single slot, 90% is a bit much, but not extreme, and dual slot, @ 30% and higher, its downright unbearable, and for some reason, the fan doesnt even change from like 4.5%(autoset) unless it gets quite hott
