64 X2 4200+ Overclock help

I posted this earlier for a help on a graphics card upgrade but here it is again.

AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4200+ 2.20 GHz
1.75gb of Ram (333 I think)
Palit 7300GT PCI-Express 256mb Graphics Card
Asus A8V-VM SE Motherboard for SKT.939 (VIA KM890 Chipset)
Western Digital Cavier SE 160gb (not sure on rpm or buffer)

Also.. 500w PowerX Sumvision (reply if you want more information on my powerpack, I'm just reading all the brand names on the box lol)

I don't know a lot about overclocking but how would I overclock my CPU to perform better, faster?
