Default accidental partition deletion :|

ok heres my dilema.
i was formating my computer and i accidently deleted the partition to my external HD. i really need to access this drive it has ALOT of data i need. the info is still on it BUT i cant select it as a HD but it reads it in the device manager as a hard drive but i cant explore it. is there a way to re-partition it without losing all the data on it?

Once you delete your partition...its gone man. But your data is still there (stored by MBR). Hm i wonder if external HD's have a MBR...

Anyways download Handy Recovery as a trial it will let you seek your HD's formatted or deleted partitions. Once found you will see all your deleted data that you can restore (1 file per day on trial version). If Handy Recovery found your files and are waiting to be recovered let me know. I'll send you something that'll let you recover all files at once.

I've used Data Recovery Software to Undelete Files; Disk recovery; Recover Deleted Files in the past with very good results. You can download a trial for free.
