Affiliates Buttons

Ok we need some affiliates buttons for teh site.

I've designed one already quickly just to give you an idea.

The button should be 88x31 pixels (exactly).

The colours I've used for the header and background range from:

64AD8F

7BCDAB

51C093

in photoshop, so any greenish colour in that sort of area.

Gray is good, as is silver - tech?

Here's mine, and if you check the site, you can see other sites' for some inspiration. I've uploaded an "affiliates" page, with 6 available buttons.

So 5 of you need to make one. Mush.

I think it need a border but i cnt remember how to do it.. Any assistance??

It's perfect. Really.

if you want a border, first save it so you can edit it later, then go Layer>>Merge Visible.

Then Control click the image, so its selected, the go Edit>>Stroke>>Center, Black, 1px.

Save it as a gif, and upload again.

Simple is good, so give it a go!

We also need...

you to spread the word! Get friends to visit (regularly), if my knowledge of search engines is correct, the more traffic, the more likely our site is to come up in search engines!

Tutorials - do50's created one, I've done one. Any special effects you create - ninja and your guitar, just write brief notes on how, and i can do the rest.

I've been visiting a load of graphic related sites, registering and then applying for affiliation. So far I've had one response so do me and this guy a favour by visiting his site.

basically the way it works is that in order for us to keep affiliating with these sites, we have to deliver traffic. so if you are going to visit his site, can you click on the link in our affiliates? That way his site records that we are sending some traffic, and so keeps the affiliation open

Tell your friends, and any other forums you go to.

nice, its on the site.

basically we now need to tweak it and add stuff. i'm gonna take a break for a while, like maybe 2 days

so if you get bored/free time, look at the site, decided what you could add, and post it here. we need a profile for all the members that participated, see "Staff", so you could do that maybe.

and then we can look at creating a CMS in php/mysql for the site but I'd want to finish of the CMS for zone365 first.
