Well, for starters, AMD is leaping into the sub-notebook market, with their Shrike platform. Its still very cool, but is more or less just like what Intel's Atom is doing or Nvidia's Tegra. On other things, AMD's HD 4000 series cards are expected to grab them 40% discrete graphics card market in Q3 2008.
