Apple Sued Over iTunes Technology

Pretty much, a company named ZapMedia, has patents that cover a way of sending music and other digital content from servers to multiple media players. However, as stated in the article, they relate to a lot of other companies as well, so this whole thing just might fizzle out to nothing. however they filed the patent back in 99. (1999)
