I Want To Know How I Can Auto Refresh/Reload A Web Page Using Frontpage, I've Tried This: <meta http-equiv="refresh" content="15" >
Only Problem Is That It's Refreshing The Page From Cache (Mobile Cache, My Site Is For Mobiles) So Tha's Pretty Useless Because Changes Are On The Server Not The Cache, How Can I Stop Mobile Caching From Working OR Auto Refresh A Page From The Server Not Cache?
