Post BSOD IRQL Not Less or Equal Error

I have no idea what's causing this blue screen of death, it happens when I browse the web or watch a video. I don't think a HijackThis log would help in this case.

Error on screen:

Driver_IRQL_ not_less_or_equal

STOP:0X000000D1 (0X71A5DF5D, 0X00000002, 0X00000008, 0X71A5DF5D)

If anyone has any ideas it's most appreciated. Thanks.

My Computer

Welcome to HWF
This problem is in most cases caused by a malfunctioning driver. Make sure that you got the latest version of your graphics driver, by going to the manufacturers website. To find our what graphics card you have, right-click on the desktop and go to Properties. Then click on the Tab Advanced.

Popular card manufacturers:
Geforce: nvidia.com
ATI : ati.com

My Computer

Have you installed new software or drivers recently? Have you upgraded any software recently?

Check the Windows Event Viewer for clues. The Event Viewer is always the best place to start.

Believe it or not there's nothing about it in the event viewer which is what really puzzled me.

Anyone else have any ideas?

I went to the MSDN website and nothing.

Computer crashed again and resulted in the double post. These crashes are happening every few hours.
