Ok my upgrade plan is really simply:

i'm looking to buy this one:

> Corsair CMPSU-450VX 450W ATX 12V 33A 24PIN ATX Power Supply Active PFC 120MM Fan

NCIX.com - Buy Corsair CMPSU-450VX 450W ATX 12V 33A 24PIN ATX Power Supply Active PFC 120MM Fan - CMPSU-450VX In Canada.

My reason for buying this new one is that i'm also looking to buy this:

NCIX.com - Buy EVGA E-GEFORCE 8800GT 600MHZ 512MB 1.8GHZ DDR3 PCI-E Dual DVI-I HDTV Out Video Card - 512-P3-N801-AR In Canada.

and these:

MEMORY STICKS:

Because they are the best ones for my particular motherboard..specified in the motherboard guide.

Ok now so i want to know if everything will fit and be good for my computer.

thanks in advance. have a good day/night.

OK, um, I don't feel like looking up BIOS specs to find out what board you've got. Can you just give the make/model of the motherboard, please?

That looks to me like it would work, you could even go for a 2x2GB ram package (your board supports up to 16GBs apparently). The only thing I might change would be getting a slightly more powerful power supply, just to accommodate for any future upgrades.

Hope this helps!
