Question Can not get out of Safe Mode.

When I goto System Configuration Utility and select Normal Startup in the General Tab. I then check the Boot.INI tab and safe mode is checked. This is preventing me from start in normal mode. Does anybody know what can be done to fix this. Please help if you can. Thank You
