Default Cannot connect to internet or find wireless network

Hello,
My operating system is Windows XP. I was running the program KillDisk when I realised that the program would delete EVERYTHING. I cancelled the program mid-action and my computer crashed. When I restarted I was greeted with some message offering either an f1 or f2 setup option. After creating a partition for windows xp to be installed on the computer could then progress to the main screen. Now my computer appears very much like it did when i first bought it. Everything is gone. I cannot seem to establish a connecton with the internet. All of the computers in the house are connected to a Linksys and a SB4100 Cable Modem (surfboard). My desktop also has a wireless aerial. I was wondering if any of you computer wizards could help me out? (Excuse my poor computer terminology, but as you have prob already guessed, i'm not exactly a whiz when it comes to computers). Thank you
P.S My computer is a Dell Dimension 3000 and I am also having problems with my sound and graphic cards. (prob posted in another thread)

Unless you use a Dell recovery disk, you will have to find all other drivers on your own.
But this is normal..What about you video driver ? I usually start there first, then sound then Network driver..If i was you I would make a driver disk for next time..You can get all your driver from DELL..

Would do the same as installing the necessary OS...but the os itself would have the necessary drives(MBD)...
