yeah tis tru, damn computer just crashed....then when i restarted it it said my RAM timings weren't right and it didnt think it had a Hard Drive....so i went into the bios and the timings were just as they have always been 2-3-3-6....as for Hard drive...it had changed so the bios only looked for P-ATA and not P-ATA and S-ATA....so it recognised my Cd and DVD drives but didnt think it had a hard drive and so wouldnt load up...kept asking me for a bootable floppy....
i dont even know how to make on of them on windows xp...lol ~hides in corner embarrased~

Haha, you guys crack me up...Trollies? Are they shopping carts? Use US dudes don't use very elegant works for things, we prefer simple terms like 'department' rather than something cool like 'ministry', I love that. I learned most of my stuff through mags too, but this site, and building my own 'friend' has also made a big difference.

I'm fortunant enough to have a job baiting lobster traps for $12 an hour, what's that like 6 something pounds. The works sure pays well but you can be brain dead to do that one too. The worst part is shoveling out long since diseased fish that are rotting and falling appart and swimming in their own blood and juices. Then you just shove a bunch of them into bags and put them in totes for the lobster fisherman to deal with, nothing too elaborate. Hopefully my Dad will let me use all my money to buy more computer components *crosses fingers*

I know, it took all my persuasive skills just to let him allow me to use MY own money to build the thing in the first place. I'll have to catch him in a uber good mood when I bring up the prospect of me spending 500 on a gfx card.
