i cant find out how ot do from the cp or anything else on the forums

Look close to the top of any page on HWF. There's a list of links in a bar across there, and one is 'Edit Options'. Go there and the first option should be to change your password/update your e-mail.

I definitely wouldn't post my e-mail, since spam-bots can pick it up a little easier that way.
