Default Choppy Video.

I've been having a problem lately, any video I play is choppy. The video is at normal speed when I move the mouse around. Its weird but it happen recently.

I can't play games RON, or watch Videos wmp without it being choppy.

Can someone help. What is it?

My Computer

How much RAM do you have? If you havnt tried yet, do the standard generic stuff... scan for spyware / viruses, defrag your hard disk...

This might be a stupid question; but was it always choppy, or did it work previously and no it doesn't? If so, did you do anything significant, like install a program, before it became choppy?
