I'm using the console, and just run it as a service in the background.

Hmm, sorry, I've been slacking. I'm running F@H on a sever which I'm remotely managing, but it's only a dual-CPU P3~800MHz, and only on the off-hours. And my home PC (which it so happens belongs to my wife), is only an AthlonXP 2000+...

EEEK! I left my pc on for about 7 hours running F@H and my motherboard sensor went up to 55Celcius! I think I'm gonna hold off the folding until i get a new fan on it, the one I have is only 22000rpm
Its a cooler master Xdream II. I like the hs, but the fan sucks ballz0rs.

Just using the stock heatsink? Yeah, that's probably not the greatest. I'm using a Thermalright SK-7, and I'm doing 48*C under load (although the temps around here really do help). Not the lowest, but the SK-7 is one of the cheaper TR coolers available.

im pretty sure a larger sized heatsink wont fit in my motherboard, it has...I think theyre called capacitors, 5 above and one to het bottom left about 1/4"-1/2" from the socket.

A heatsync doesn't have to be bigger to be better. Try a solid copper heatsync, and a higher RPM fan wouldn't hurt either.
