Default connect 3d RADEON 9550 at 1680x1050?

is it possible to use this card(cdonnect 3d RADEON 9550) with this monitor: samsung sm204bw 20" widescreen 6ms 'gaming tft' 700:1 (1680 x 1050) black dvi ?
i.e. will the graphics card operate at 1680 x 1050?

yeah your fine, the maximum resolution for that card is 2048 x 1536

Even though it isn't listed as a supported mode?
As stated here:
Connect3d Radeon 9550 AGP

I was wondering if it might run at 1680 x 1050. Don't want to buy the monitor if I can't run it at the proper res

Anybody else got a view on this?
