Which Cooling for my case?

Hi
Its summer here rite now, my room faces the sun and heats up alot. I have a window open but that isnt enough.
my case looks like this

All i want is cool air. because my pc is on 24/7. dont care about noise because during the day when sun is out im not in my room.

so which cooling system do you guys recommend

what size of fan slots do you have?

If you dont care about noise then try some Vantec Tornado Fans
High CFM, High RPM, High noise level.
Maybe a new CPU cooler as well, something like the Freezer Series from Arctic Cooling.

Water cooling not a good idea?

Yeah but it doesn't cool the case, only the CPU/CHIPSET/GPU
If you want to do it then yeah it's good for cooling, but air cooling can be just as good if done properly.
