If I overclock it will be using the Asus A-I booster that comes with my Mobo, would the stock cooler be ok for that or should I look for an aftermarket brand if so which one would be ok. Some seem to be rather large and I'm concerned with the weight or strain on the Mobo. Thanks for your help.

Well if your going to be doing any overclocking at all, i would invest in an after market cooler. here is a list of the best coolers out now.
