Default Dell Dimension 2350

Cooling Question:
This pc does Not have a fan over the processor,It has the fan on the back
of the case below the power supply with a fan shroud wrapped around it.
Now here is my Question ? Is it better to have the fan, blowing on the processor, OR Sucking the heat away from the Processor???

The 92mm fan that Dell uses is no good, It make way too much noise and it is just too loud.. Anyone have any Ideas On a replacement fan that is Quiet..

Problem solved, By install a New Star 1800 RPM case fan, The Dell is now quiet as a mouse..
