I recently bought a Radeon x1650 pro for 50 dollars flat, the second I opened it I noticed the hinge where you secure the video card by screw was bent so i gently bent it back, the rest of the card didn't looked scratched or dusty or anything. . Anyway I was about 50 watts under the recommended, but figure since I have minimum component in my pc it's safe. Anyways my powersupply blew and took out a stick of ram. I got a better powersupply about 150 watts over recommended and I got a new stick of ram. Is it safe to put the video card back in? It's giving me anxiety thinking about it lmao. Also, the real problem i'm having is when I used it whenever I used a 2-d application like msn messanger, or windows media player, the screen flickers green & blue very fast before it's done intialiazing, and does it again when I exit the program, is this a defect? Thanks for any help. Also the fan is loud as hell.
