Default Drive surgery

My notebook drive overheated this past week. It wouldn't even power up anymore. So I switched the PCB with my brother's identical drive, and now it powers and spins up, but the computer doesn't recognize the drive, it just spins and then clicks (but i don't think these are "bad platter" clicks -- unlikely that the platter AND the PCB board would fail at the exact moment)..

I talked to a Data Recovery tech and he says it's not recognized because Toshiba's firmwares are individualized at the factory. He says that there is probably only a blown fuse on my PCB, and that I just need to short it out to get the PCB running again.

I'm attaching a pic of the PCB -- can someone point out where the fuse is? I recognized I'll need some assistance on shorting out (bypassing?) the fuse. Thanks for help.

My Computer

possibly FL5 not under the red overlay

because it doesn't match any other components in size (resistors & caps)

how does it look from a 45* angle in landscape (you have taken a 90* angle in portrait)

because it's difficult to see from that angle
