Default Fairly major upgrade.

Hey all. I'm currently looking at upgrading. My current rig is this:

Asus M2N-SLI deluxe
Athlon X2 3800+ (OC'd to 2.83GHz)
4x1GB Corsair Value Select DDR667 (OC'd to DDR945)
GeForce 8800GTX (OC'd to 676MHz core 1050MHz memory)

I'm looking to upgrade the motherboard and processor, with a RAM upgrade likely in the early new year.

I'm currently looking at this motherboard (P45 as I want compatibility with 4GB memory sticks for my RAM upgrade):
Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS3R LGA775Intel P45 DDR2 ATX motherboard - GA-EP45-DS3R - www.microdirect.co.uk
Anyone know if it's a good overclocker or not?

Was gonna combine it with this processor:
Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550Quad Core CPU 2.83GHz L2 Cache 12MB 1333MHz LGA775 3 Year Manufacturer Warranty - BX80569Q9550 - www.microdirect.co.uk

Then sometime in the future I'll be looking to buy this:
OCZ 8GB (2x4GB) PC2-6400C5 Dual Channel Vista Series DDR2 (OCZ2VU8008GK))

Give me your thoughts... I'd like to know if the motherboard is gonna be good (the northbridge will be in my WC loop so hopefully it will OC better than its normal anyway) and I'd also like to know if anyone knows anywhere I can get these things cheaper (although I have already shopped around and I can get to microdirect in person so don't have to pay postage)

My Computer

would be a good upgrade, Gigabyte should be a good overclocker and I believe it comes with decent overclocking features. Micro Direct is my local store also but I tend to buy from Ebuyer - Cheap Computers, Laptops, Digital Cameras, TVs & more!.

Cheers, microdirect is cheaper than ebuyer in this case anyway so I'll keep lookin there. This upgrade probably has a month or so before it happens anyway so I'll obviously keep looking.
