Yea it would be a real shame if his 1000th game was a loss. Hope he puts the strongest side on and gets plenty of goals. But then again it is Lyon so it may not go that way.

Yea the commentator said that neville hit the ball with feeling. Really chuffed with himself he just walked into the net and stood there. He was a bit injured but the goal gave him renewed energy to play till half time. Brown came on and he did well. I think that the right wing is a good place for him cuz he can bring the ball up easily rather than stay back. Ruud got an excellant cross from Ferdinand and finished it well with a header. Must say that Ronaldo did well, he got one good, on target shot which was saved by the goalie and he did his trademark twists and step overs and kept the ball 9 times out of 10. Ruud also did a brilliant twist and turn and him and ronaldo made the opposition look stupid.
LIVERPOOL 0-MONACO 1
YES!
They get a draw with their next opponents and they're out of the champions league. Right now they're 3rd and Utd are 1st in their groups although utd already qualified for the knockout stages.

it was a good match, played really well most of the time! I think we have more chance of winning the CL than the PL...

Yea I think we have a betta chance at the CL but maybe if we start using our strongest side more and letting them gel and the teams at the top of the table make some errors we might have a chance at the PL.
