Firefox Profile Gone

My firefox profile has gone. Ive located it but how do i set it back as my default profile again?

Start>Run
then type firefox.exe -profilemanager
Make sure all Firefox windows are closed and that no Firefox.exe is running in Taskmanager (mine froze once and that happened)

Hmm, I'm ot sure then, that's what I did when my profiles went screwy...sorry it didn't help.
