It looks alright to me. But you described it as a budget system and are looking to purchase a 8800GT. If it is truly a budget system, and even if its just a budget gaming system I would get the 9600gt instead. It is a bit cheaper and has great performance. Secondly, I would recommend getting a Seasonic or Enermax PSU (Seasonic would be cheaper). If you are running vista, I would go for the 3GB of RAM instead of 2, as you will appreciate it in the long run.
