Default Flash Player

Hi Everyone

I am new to this group, so I hope I am posting in the right forum?

My problem is: - I have been able to view Music Groups and listen to music on "You Tube" and watch programmas on "I Player" until a few days ago. When I try to download "Abode Flash Player" I keep getting the following message: - Your Current Security Settings Prohibit Running ActiveX Controls On This Page As A Result The Page May Not Display Correctly" I have tried altering my security settings from TOOLS, INTERNET OPTIONS SECURITY SETTINGS. but still unable to reinstall "Abode Flash Player"

Thanks to anyone whom can help.
My present security level is set at medium at the moment.
