My Computer

Can you explain what you mean by stopped working, does your computer not recognize them or do they not operate at all?

My Computer

Check your cables inside to make sure they're all connected properly, especially if you or someone else has messed around inside it recently.

The other thing is that they both might be kaput given that the system isn't exactly new, and both parts are pretty easy and inexpensive to replace.
Just because the singal is saying the parts are okay doesn't account for any mechanical failures, which could be the case.
