Well from the looks of it it looks quite good except for the 74gig HDD. But for a second hand pc it seems a bit pricy. All the hardware is nice especially the 8800gtx.

Well i've worked out the exchange rate and it actually looks pretty good. It's got a thermaltake chassis which is good and from the photos it looks in good shape. You should go for it.
