Talking Giant Jaffa Cake.

I'm so proud, I've just made a giant jaffa cake, i'm glad my nan told me how to make cakes when i was younger. its about 6 inches across and has orange marmalade with no bits in it. its currently in the fridge so the chocolate cools down and goes hard.
anyway here are some pictures.
Cake base.
Base with marmalade.
Putting chocolate on.
Completely covered.

okay
ingredients:
4 ounces of self raising flour (sifted)
4 ounces of soft margarine
4 ounces of sugar
2 medium eggs (beaten)
marmalade (amount depends on how much you want)
chocolate (doesnt matter whether its milk or dark, heck you could even use white chocolate! oh and make sure you've got enough, too much is never a bad thing, you can always dip cut up banana in the melted chocolate afterwards....mmmmmmm)
cream marge and sugar toegther and then add a little bit of the flour and egg at a time and mix well.
Once the mixture is smooth places in a greased (margarine rubbed around edge and then grease proof paper in bottom but to shape) 'sandwich' tin and spread out.
place in the oven (about 180 degrees for between 20 and 25 minutes.
take out of oven and leave to cool for 10-15 minutes. then take out of the tin and place onto a wire rack. spread the marmalade over the centre leaving about an inch around the edge.
melt some chocolate in a bowl and then using a spoon/knife spread around the edges, then drizzle it over the marmalade in the middle and spread even
put it in the fridge until the chocolate goes hard.
take out of fridge and enjoy!

Why exactly do they call it a jaffa cake? If you guys watched Stargate it would have another more interesting meaning for you I would imagine.
Congrats Publicenemy, welcome to geekhood
