For all you Windows users that have tasted Linux or even use it on a
full time basis, give Windows that KDE touch with Litestep. I recently stumbled across it and installed it on my second machine. It works pretty good as a whole, with some minor incompatibility issues. See the screenshot here. It hasn't got the full KDE touch, but it's there. If anyone installs it, let me know how it goes. pelvis_3 ![]()

all right my review of litestep:
all right so first thing after installment and reboot that annoyed me was a noticeably longer startup of the computer maybe 5-8 seconds although i think its worth it, i really like the interface and it does have a KDE touch, another thing i dont like is that they require you to have an IE My computer, my networks and my documents icon (i tried deleting them in file management and on screen and they reappear. (i like having minimal icons on my screen and since i use commands for my computer this is a huge help really convenient media player and file browsing, notepad, and internet browser (u set the defaults in install) shortcuts on the start bar im still trying to find how to change the wallpaper but ive changed themes a couple times my rating 3 1/2 out of 5 for now

litestep does take a little longer to boot, but all in all it looks good, and at least it keeps "My Computer" & "Control Panel" accessible (familiar to Win users) i think litestep is a very good product for anybody wanting to cross the linux line, not bad, thanx pelvis
