Default hard drives

Can anyone help I have two hard drives and want to run them both 1 as a master and 1 as a slave How do i do this. both will work as a master seperately but not 1 of each Comp just dosent reconize the slave

My Computer

Are the jumpers on the HDD set right (i.e one to master and the other to slave)? Also, are the hardrives correct on the chain (ie master on the jumpers matches master on the ide chain)?
