Default How can i find out what parts are in my PC?

i had my PC built by someone who know PC's and i upgraded a few times, and i know some of the parts, but not all of them. Is there like an SRtest, but instead it shows what parts are in your PC. BTW, first time here!

lol, ok. lemme try to rephrase. I only know around half the parts in my PC. I was wanting to know if i could find out what the other parts are, with out taking my PC apart. So i was wondering if there was an easy way of doing it, or if there was a site like SRtest to tell me. (SRtest=System Requirements Test.) Does that help, lol?
