Default how to figure out clock speed

How do I figure out the cpu clock speed on my computer? Also I need to know how much memory is installed. I right-clicked on "my computer" on my desktop and went to properties, but it doesn't tell me the memory. Could someone please help me? Thanks.

    Welcome to HWF
Go to Start > Run and enter DXDIAG. Then click on OK. If you see a message on the screen with a YES and NO button, then click on No. Now you should see information about clock speed and memory.
