My Computer

It should show up as USB Mass Storage Device in 'My Computer' Just drag and drop the files you want onto it, then access it on the other computer.

right click, Open With... Choose program, Then choose iTunes, Winamp, WindowsMediaPlayer, Whatever you wanna open it with. If it works like that, after highlighting the program you can associate the file type with that program by selecting the box that says 'Always use the selected program for the filetype'

That should be pretty close, that's off the top of my head

Nah, I know why!

The XLM is iTune's is way of basically storing the playlist information. The actual music isn't stored there. That's why the file is so small, only about 20Kb.

Look in the preferences of iTunes to find out where your music is being ripped to. Then go to that location and save it to the USB Drive.

It should be in My Music.

EDIT: Thought I'd try out my newly acquired Mod abilities and put this thread in the right forum

Bringing old threads back to life, the most impressive was a post Sniper made in 2001 that was replied to today. This is the problem that has happened more than once, by the same users. We are introducing a new policy, which is that any thread that has remained UNANSWERED for more than one month, does not get replied to under any circumstances.
