My Computer

Default I've been chucked out of my own thread!

I can't post a reply to my 'Viruses are now 20 years old' thread in the 'news & Articles forum'! I don't have permission, what's going on

Yeah regular members can't post in the News Section, that's why once I posted in another section then asked someone to move it.

In the news section, you can't, unless you're an Admin, Mod, or News Crew.

That clears one problem up, but the other:

This is the thread, it's in the "Windows 95/98/XP/NT" forum.

http://www.hardwareforums.com/window...ty-guide-9738/

mega should be able to edit that, surely.

I know that I can't create a new post, but I should be able to reply to a post? I've always been able to reply to posts in that section, just like everyone else on this board who aren't admins etc. But all of a sudden, I can't reply anymore!

ok, you should be able to reply the thread now. However I'm still checking out as to why you can't edit Windows XP Security Guide sticky.

Edit: I know, theres a 3 day limit after which you can't edit your own posts. I will look to remove that limit.

That's true. I got distracted, so my answer was rather half-ass.
