right I have the gr-d270 camera
can not get my laptop to even know the camera is attached. the disc they have given me is no use. I have been on the jvc site with no luck any help would be great. |

if it is are the USB drivers for windows installed?

well if its not even recognised id say its a problem with USB/Firewire!
Well i cant find drivers for it but ive read on other forums that to get it to be recognised you have to have Service Pack 2 for XP installed! If it didnt come with drivers id take it back to where you purchased it from and take it up with them!
