Post Killer Gaming Network Card

Hi

You might of seen a advert on the forums about the killer gaming network card (above). I just wanted to know does it improve gaming performance???

I have been reading about it on reviews and different forums and basically it's a split decision on whether it's worth the money and if it actually improves ping in games etc. Some say it's really not worth it and it does nothing while other say it's brilliant and works very well in keeping ping down and increasing frame rate which intern improves game experience, so I'm a little confused

I think that a gamer network card is useful for LAN parties, because it has a high network speed I guess.

you can buy it cheaper like here, it seems seems to be a gigabit card (10/100/1000) with a CPU & old 2100 RAM & old DMA transfer rate

BTW: if i'm wrong, please correct me
