Default Memory, Motherboard and CPU

Hi guys..Im relatively new to this stuff, and want to upgrade my memory. I have an Asus P5VD1-x motherboard( Dual channel DDR 400/333), and Intel Pentium d 2.66 GHZ 533 MHz FSB.

What memory would beat suit me?? (I currently have PC3200 Memory)

Or how would I go about calculating what best suits my system?

Cheers,

Prototype
